We liked the private suite by Chiesa Nuova. Great location and lovely room. Concierge was very helpful and delivered our bags to our room when we arrived an hour before check-in. Little confused on the room reset process, didn’t get new bath towels during 3-night stay. Overall it was a very great experience though!

The room was only ok. I was a bit disappointed that the room I booked was NOT the room I received. When questioned the staff member at desk really didn’t have much of an explanation for me. Our stay was only one evening and was not worth the headache of a dispute. We are a family of four and our double Bed was comfortable however the 2 small pull out twin couches for our teenage daughter were VERY uncomfortable.
We LOVED Assisi and the views were breathing. I would definitely try another hotel next time we visit.

Close to the center, staff were great and did their best to help, and the room was clean and well maintained
