Great activities and entertainment for the family! Staff are friendly and accommodating except for the person at the beach side (old man in charge of the umbrella.) I wasn’t happy with his service. I asked for our umbrella to be opened several times but didn’t bother with my request instead he gave our umbrella to someone else.

Nice place overall. Great location and beautiful pool. Friendly service. The breakfast buffet was awesome but the rest of the food was just ok. This is a nice resort for families. Not much nightlife. We had a 1 bedroom suite and we bought our teenage son so he slept on the sleeper sofa. The staff went out of their way to make my birthday special with balloons and cake. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa del Palmar Flamingos! Everything exceeded our expectations. We chose the all-inclusive option, and every meal was delicious with plenty of variety. We traveled with our 4- and 6-year-old, and one of our favorite features was the heated pool—it made swimming comfortable and enjoyable for the kids every day.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room daily, and we loved the thoughtful treats they left for us. The entire resort was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly.
We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Property is beautiful, been coming here for 5 years in a row. Love how safe and clean the property is. Restaurant staff and pool staff are awesome. Few staff I consider friends are Reggie, Enrique and Freddy, Antonio.
Check in was not an issue, but this time around my hubby is diabetic and our fridge wasn’t working to store his insulin. We called front office and they send maintenance but it still wasn’t working until the next morning. We called the front office again took almost 1/2 of my day to switch us rooms. Which I felt like I wasted 1/2 day of my vacation.
We paided for all inclusive and didn’t have any drinks or snacks the first day, following days room service only stocked up on 2 water bottles when there was 3 of us staying in the room. I paided for all inclusive so I could hydrate well since it was very humid.
I love this place, but may have to consider finding another location.
