The staff is excellent! Helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location for the airport and shenzhen north railway is perfect. Shopping and parks are nearby.

Safe and the fridge were not working.
English was almost non-communicable even to the front staffs.
Cleaning staff was kind and helpful.
Room was spacious and clean but not soundproofed enough.
Convincingly located near the subway station and a huge shopping mall.
