We had a perfect stay as part of an overnight transit between international flights. Perfect location and wonderful for children. The staff were excellent and amenities plentiful. Will definitely stay longer next time!

We stayed in the Japanese style apartment for four, with our two children ages 10 and 12. It was very clean and with just enough space to tuck suitcases away in cupboards and wardrobes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, particularly when a minor earthquake followed by a fire alarm had guests evacuating the building - staff were on hand to reassure everyone we could return to our rooms. Check in was very simple and easy to complete after a 24hr+ journey in - we were exhausted , they kindly let us put our children to bed immediately and then complete check in questions shortly after.
