Staybridge Suites Denver Downtown by IHG

Everything here was actually great, from the location to the amenities - I used the laundry facilities, which were free though you buy the detergent - and other guests seemed to be enjoying the pool. The view from the 7th floor was great, though I would have preferred mountains the city was nice to see too. I also liked that they left the coffee out and available well after breakfast is over. As a late-riser I appreciated that. It's the little things. The room was clean enough though it could have been a little better. Found a couple hairs and dust and so forth, not unexpected at any hotel. I am docking one full star though for a roach on the kitchen counter. I had a box of crackers out on the counter for maybe an hour, and when I went back to them there was a medium-sized roach crawling across the counter toward them. Because of this I kept any open snack like crackers or chips in the microwave so nothing could get to them. To be fair, I only saw the one, and I'm not the type to really freak out about it (I live in the southern US so kinda used to bugs). But it was a little gross. Otherwise, great stay.

Traveling with 3 kids, family and I really enjoyed the 24 hour pool access and the breakfast buffet each morning! They also gave us 24 hour access to soda and juice which was a huge plus for us. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with recommending places to visit while there and providing us with directions around the city. We were even provided a later checkout time since our flight was late in the evening which we were really grateful for. I would definitely recommend this property!

Awesome. Manager and front desk amazing
