The old building is beautiful and the hotel is tastefully decorated The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and we enjoyed a couple of cocktails by the pool at happy hour The stairs to the upper floor are very narrow and steep. Something to consider for someone with mobility issues. No elevator Also I would not recommend having your laundry washed by their provider. This isn’t part of the hotel service but our washing was delivered very late and poorly cleaned.

Special shoutout to Angela at front desk. Was 3rd time staying here and she was absolutely incredible.Will be back.

A very comfortable and well-located hotel. From here, you can do almost everything in the Ciudad Amurallada on foot. The hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed my room... the bed was comfortable, the shower had a unique design, and the space was generous. The only thing I missed was a mini fridge. The rooftop pool isn’t big, but it’s enough to cool down from the heat. There aren’t many seats protected from the sun, though. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the ladies who prepare it are very warm and polite. I stayed in a ground-floor room, but if you get a room upstairs, be aware that there is no elevator. The staff is kind and professional. For the price, it’s a good accommodation, and I recommend it.
