Room was lovely and comfy. Very clean wth en-suite, shower with amenities, towels body/shower gel, conditioner, hand cream and soap. Comfy double bed, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, fan and hairdryer. 32 inch TV suitable for room size. Complimentary breakfast more of a continental style but not fully. Teas, coffees, cereals, fruit, small selection of juices and toaster and microwave. Host was on hand to make hot drinks and toast, very hospitable and friendly. Guest are welcome to help themselves to hot or cold drinks during day and snacks. Host was very informative on York on local attractions and public transport. Car parks facilities at rear of property. Cottage located not far from York city centre. Beautiful stay would highly recommend and great value for money.

A lovely stay in York- Jack is super welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this place for sure. A lot of effort has gone into ensuring the guests are well looked after. The tea/ coffee ( excellent quality )& snack cupboard was very thoughtful.
Breakfast fruit selection was so fresh & tasty .
