The hotel staff were polite, professional, and friendly, the room was perfect, and the breakfast in the morning was first rate. It’s the little things that make the difference. The Savoy understands this and gets it right.

We arrived late (about 11pm) but the staff were very helpful and quick checking us in. The room was excellent and the pool and spa facilities good. Contrary to some reviews I have seen pool water is well heated. The breakfasts have a good range of food of good quality.
