Clean room, It is a little out of the central area. We could walk to downtown but needed a taxi with our bags.

Eveyln has a beautiful property and I will stay there again when I return. She has done a superb job renovating the house and it is very comfortable. The shared kitchen was very clean. Five stars!

A lovely stay from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. They fixed our breakfast to go and it was delicious. The Buena Vista is quiet, cozy, and conveniently located—would happily stay again. A must for your visit to Punta Arenas.

We had a comfortable room (#3) with a great view of the city. This is a small hostal, very quiet and a short 15 minute walk to downtown. The room was cleaned and beds made every day around 11am. The owner Evelyn was very helpful to us. We were pleased with our stay.
