We paid for a room with a water view. This property does not have a water view. The a/c in the living room did not work.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very handy for airport transfer, amazing coast, c. 10 euro Uber journey from Dubrovnik old town.
Parking is good, supermarkets nearby, dishwasher, fridge, balcony make this excellent accommodation.
The Sheraton beach is really nice,
Highly recommend this property for an amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay! This was a great location for enough from old town of Dubrovnik that we were out of the hustle and bustle but very easy to get into town when needed. We had plenty of Lytle restaurants, gift, shops, the ocean, a pool to use at the Sheraton, and a market near us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only complaint I had is that the shower gets cold rather quickly however I would not let this deter my stay!
