Key is not electronic or digital. Its a physical key and lock, Had issues with mine, I had a late check in and took me 5 mins just to get in ,
Parking space is very congested and not a lot of Car Spaces.
When checking out close to check out time) counter was closed, I could not talk to anyone, so just left my key in the room and left.
Thanks

This was a nice hotel with a great atmosphere near downtown Los Gatos. The air conditioning worked very well, as it was in the high 90 degrees F when I visited. The room was spacious, too. The only minor quibble is that breakfast begins at 9 AM instead of a bit earlier. In spite of this, I would not mind staying here again.
