Overall is ok, but I think hotel can add a refrigerator. The hotel's hygiene is not very clean, but it is still within an acceptable range.

Very good location. I could get to the train station by walking easily. And it's only 15min walk to Aeon Big. There are many convenient stores nearby.

Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also.
Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam.
Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.
