The front desk agent, Tim, was extremely kind and helpful. My family truly appreciates everything he did to assist us with checking in to the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again in the future. The location and price are great, but the friendliness of the staff is what we will remember.

Air conditioner was pretty loud making it hard to sleep. Room was clean and otherwise comfortable though. Pool had a leak so is shut down.

The air conditioning did not work - we sweltered the first night. The second night, the hotel provided a loud fan. The young man was very apologetic and nice.
