Overall this is a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Amalfi. The woman who greeted us on our arrival was exceptionally friendly and helpful, it is just a shame that she was not on duty the morning of our checkout. That morning there was no hot water to take a shower or wash and I felt the hotel could have been more helpful and supportive. The room has a mezzanine bed, and a comfortable seating area below. It is a shame that our experience was marred by the cold water debacle.
