Check in process was easy with polite and friendly staff, who spoke perfect English, which helped loads as I speak no Polish. Apartment was lovely exactly as described on the website.
Warm and well equipped with comfortable beds and seating.

Communication was superb. Host made adjustments to our original booking to accommodate self check in. Overall a great stay in a fantastic city.

I felt the property was a good value. It was fairly large with a good sized balcony. It even had a clothes washer. The one complaint would be the lack of bedding. Just one blanket. No top sheet or extra blanket even though there was a sleeper couch.
