The only problem was that it wasn't clear where to check in as there seemed to be 3 hotels in 1.
Staff at desk very helpful and air conditioning was great relief on such a hot day.

The hotel is situated just round the corner from the train station as well as the main trams that run through the city.
The staff at the hotel are friendly, polite and professional.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable.
The hotel also has a fitness centre that I was able to use.
Highly recommended.

Our room was 802 on the Metropol side. We were moved there when there was a problem with our original room. It was much nicer! Staff were great
