Staff was very friendly and helpful they spoke perfect English which was great because my Polish can use some help.
Hotel is located just outside dułga street so a bit quieter and less hectic not even 3 min walk to the main gate. Alot of restaurants and stores near by. Definitely give them a try when booking your trip to Gdańsk, we were very pleased with our experience here.

Amazing location (literally in the middle of the Old Town) and great value for money. But... bring your earplugs. The Old Town is very touristy, full of restaurants, bars... that are open until late. Being in the middle of the buzz also means you will pick up some of the noise from the streets.
But apart from that, it's a very nice, comfortable hotel, a good base for a couple of days in Gdansk.
