Room is spacious with a long table as well. Room can be a tad dark, but the table lamp set to white light helps light up the space. Location is right by the hanshin line, and a supermarket is just three minutes away behind the hotel. Good base to use to get to the sake district, arima onsen, Kitano and Nunobiki area

The hotel has an excellent location—just a short walk from the airport bus stop, which made arrival incredibly convenient.
The staff were very nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was also lovely, and the bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room is clean and the air condition is nice to maintain the idea temperature.
But the nearby is still constraining a lot of building and road have been changed a lot. If travel with big suitcases should be well prepared for take a long way to go.
The staffs there are nice and willing to help in Japanese and English.
