Didn’t get the VIP perks.
Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna.

All good except for the lady serving in the restaurant. Straight from the communist period. I was the only client there and I felt like I was not welcomed.
Other staff was super nice.

What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing.
We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful.
Breakfast was simply outstanding: a fantastic selection, everything fresh and delicious, and excellent service. A particularly lovely touch was the option to take sandwiches and fruit with you.
There are also so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, such as water dispensers in the hallways and carafes with beautiful glasses in the room. There is plenty of parking, and the tram stop right outside makes it very easy to explore Katowice.
We felt completely comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!
