The house was clean and cozy and the children enjoyed the pool

The place was exactly what we were looking for for our first family beach trip. During the day we hung out at the beach and it was incredible to be able to come back to a private pool and keep enjoying. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Host communicated kindly and clearly. Would love to stay here again! The beach really is my happy place and this home made it happier.

My family and I stayed here this weekend, everything was great! The place was so nice and clean! My grandkids enjoyed the pool and hated to leave. As soon as they woke up they were in the pool, and stayed in there late every night. We went to the beach on Saturday and they were ready to go back to the house to get in the pool! The house was stocked with everything we needed and lots of extra too! We would definitely recommend this to anyone and hopefully we will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Panama City Beach on the lower east side of PCB. The property was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Slept our family of 4 comfortably and the beds were nice and comfy. One of our favorite features was the pool area — it was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and made the property feel even more like a private resort getaway. The location was also excellent, offering easy access to the beach while still being in a quieter part of Panama City Beach. The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful from booking through checkout. It made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, and accurately represented beach house with a great host in Panama City Beach, we highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.
