Host was fabulous, help us anytime we asked!! He let us checkout late which was very helpful!

Great location. The house is old but was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit cold in the winter, and our family likes it warm. Great views

Our stay at the villa was the highlight of our trip to Spain! Mikel was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We took advantage of the chef service. Mikel connected us with chef David who was amazing!! Our family has a large number of food restrictions and David found a way to feed us all and introduce us is to many traditional Spanish dishes. The views at the villa are fantastic…well worth walking up all the stairs.

Beautiful authentic Carmen but is tired and just needs some work on it to make it even better. For example the patio rattan furniture needs new cushions and both coffee tables are broken. Perhaps clean around the pool area to remove debris and leaves and paint some of the outdoor walls. Blinds are getting difficult to open and close. However this Carmen is utterly wonderful and it's huge. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Please note no shampoo which is listed as being provided.Kitchen is great and very well equipped. We loved having the clavinova and the views from that room are truly wonderful. The pool is very refreshing however it kept going green which was a little unnerving. Thank you to Mikel for doing his best to sort.Location is fabulous but be prepared for the climb! Overall we thought this place was wonderful and would highly recommend it for a family stay.
