Fabulous property in a superb setting overlooking Loch Craignish. The property had a great layout , with great design features and was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Had a fabulous week and would certainly recommend and hopefully go back at another time in the future.

We loved Tulamain! I’ve stayed in Ardfern many times before and this was the best holiday home in every respect: lovely house, equipped with everything we could possibly need; handy for the shop, Lucy’s (superior café), dog exercising along the shore; and, best of all, incomparable views up and down the loch.

A wonderful house in a very picturesque location. Being able to see the views from every window was a bonus and even if the weather didn’t allow a trip out the view more than made up for it. An extremely comfortable and well equipped house and an amazing welcome pack. We have stayed in the local area several times over the past 30 or more years and I have to say Tulamain provided everything and more. The perfect place to unwind and relax.

Tulamain is a truly beautiful brand new house, situated overlooking the loch in a gorgeous part of the West Coast of Scotland. The owners have thought of everything: from a splendid welcome pack including homemade lemon drizzle cake, eggs, comb honey and a bottle of wine to have with the strawberries, to having Netflix and leaving us with poop bags for our Labrador. The villeage of Ardfern has a pub and cafe at 3 minutes walk and a well-stocked shop at 5 mins walk, In fact, we did all our shopping there. The owners were always available for any questions we had and replied speedily.The only negative was that the Pub had to close midway through our stay due to unforeseen circumstances so we went to the fabulous Pub at Kilmartin instead for drinks and excellent food. Plenty to see and do in the area. Great outside seating areas and massive enclosed garden. We would really love to return!
