When we arrived we noticed there wasn't much around it. That was a BLESSING. The tents are very cool and fun for a family, plenty of room in them to do what you need. No TV so it was nice to be unplugged and enjoy reading and family time. Also, it poured rain just about every night, which made for some wonderful background noise as we slept peacefully. I've read about the noise from the hellipad(it never took off while we were there 4 days). It is a lovely family place, the bathrooms are upkept well. Overall a great and fun experience.

It was a great first camping trip for the kids. The safari tent was well-heated, included all items we needed and had the perfect decor to make our stay welcoming. Some drawbacks were the mattress (needs a new, updated mattress so you don't roll into the middle), the close proximity to the interstate (the traffic noise at night was loud for us) and the EMF towers that were at the entrance of the campsite. With that said, the care that the owners have taken to ensure the amenities are well-cared for and provide a safe environment for those staying overrides some of the negatives listed above.

We loved our stay! No kids with us, but several families had kids playing in the yard, throwing frisbee or tossing a ball. This was a seriously cool place to stay.We woke up in the morning with rain coming down on the tent.It was a great morning to snuggle up in those comfy beds!

Our kids loved the tents and bunk beds. It so close to the ark. It’s the perfect stay
