The apartment was very clean and the personnel was helpful. We stayed twice, before and after our visit to Mangistau and they kept our baggage in the meantime. There was not breakfast but plenty of bakeries and restaurants in the region.
Mattresses were not very good. Metro station was rather far.

Great location, quiet and very spacious. Amazing shower and washing facilities. Kind lady gave us washing powder for our clothes :). Bed was very comfy and we had no issues with WiFi or AC - very pleased with these facilities. Access was relatively easy and smooth. We would definitely stay again.

The room was a good size and having washer was a plus.
The staff was not the friendliest and they recently installed new credit card terminals that doesn't let us insert the cards and use the pin number. This means I wasn't able to pay with credit card, which I was counting on, and had to go exchange money/use an ATM machine, incurring in fees and using my very little time in Almaty for that.
