Clean, comfortable, small studio in a great location, with excellent staff at a very reasonable price. It even has a new washing machine that works very well.
I will gladly stay there again.
The property is fairly dated and takes a bit of tolerance because of that. But, the studio is very clean, the location perfect at just a block from Copacabana Beach and, the stay is very prompt and accomadating. They allowed me to schedule the time for the cleaning lady to service the apartment as I extended my stay for an additional 4 days. She did an excellent job in under an hour while I was out.

They allowed me to leave my bags in the studio from checkout at 11am until 1pm while the maid cleaned it for the next guest so I could go out for lunch before I left the area.
