Amazing friendly staff. Beautiful garden and pool area. You can book tours and massages at the front desk easily. The masseuse was one of the best I’ve ever had.

The noise behind the hotel at The Garden Village hotel was very loud until 11pm for 2 nights. The jungle did their best to accommodate me, profusely apologizing and offering to move me to a quieter room. Although it wasn’t their fault, I appreciate the effort.

So clean, the bed was super comfortable and the location is great. The pool is lovely. The staff were so friendly and could not have done enough for us. Michael and Sey (apologies if I’ve misspelled!) in reception in particular were fantastic and so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We highly recommend The Jungle in Siem Reap. The hotel was perfectly located, close to Pub Street, markets, restaurants, shops and the river. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the pools and gardens were stunning. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Sophean our amazing driver who drove us to and from the airport and to the temples. He has very good English and is very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. Thank you Sophean for your care and kindness. You made our time in Siem Reap very special. Thank you Sophean and all staff at The Jungle! Gillian

A warm and welcoming arrival by all the staff especially Melilla and David at the front desk who helped arrange our extra room for our late checkout. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable with a lovely lemongrass scent. Hotel breakfast was great and well priced with lovely coffee. Shops are a short walk away if you need anything. I highly recommend booking a massage treatment with the hotel as it was very very good and situated at their sister hotel the Urban with complimentary tuk tuk to it.

That there wasn't any face cloths provided but I used a spare small hand towel instead.
