Modern and beautifully presented. Fantastic views. Wonderful infinity pool with dreamy views. Great outside grill . Lots of room for a family of six adults.
Difficult access- our rental struggled to make it up the steep unfinished access road. Plagued by wasps- a few strategically placed traps might be a good idea. North facing- isn’t ideal for heating the pool during an autumn/fall stay which we found chilly on some days.

The house is quit new and very nicely equipped .
The pool and the view are magnificent.
The way ti the house is quite rugged and not easy. The owner is quite unresponsive. Other than that the place is amazing

New, clean, fantastic view!
Location is a bit remote. Also road to it is not the best one.

The villa was amazing, very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The pool area was great and the views were out of this world.
The road leading up to the property is really bad. We walked into the marina most nights but it was too bad to walk back in the dark so we got taxis, most of them were not happy about going up that road to the villa as it was narrow, steep and very uneven.
Gouvia itself outside of the marina is very run down.
