Good pastry options for breakfast and the host provided plenty of cold sodas and waters!
The room was VERY clean and he was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay.
Not a lot of restaurants options within the block but the host did not advertise that there would be so I didn’t have high expectations there.

A wonderful, quiet mini-hotel with just 3 rooms. It was super clean, and having a private bathroom in the room made a big difference. The shared kitchen area in the hallway was very convenient, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.
A special mention goes to the beds — the memory foam mattresses on all beds are incredibly comfortable! We slept like babies over the night. Highly recommended
Snacks + coffee ☕ were available.
The overall concept of this 3-room property is fine, but we had a major issue with the bathroom hygiene. Instead of a proper P-trap (siphon) under the sink, there was just a cheap flexible drain hose installed.
Because of this, bad sewer odors leaked directly into the room...
Highly recommend to install proper plumbing.

It was perfect for a night in Naples with an early flight the next day. It's close to the train to get you anywhere you need to go, and the beds were super cozy; the place was clean!
I think if you were staying for longer, you'd probably want to be in a more touristic location, but other than that, this place is great.

All new and well-conceived
The highlight was the spacious bathroom
Inside a rather dated building
Far from the centre and not worth it for getting to the airport
Very poor breakfast: only coffee/tea machine available, plus pre-packaged industrial snacks
