Spacious house which is hard to find to fit all our large family for our thanksgiving get together. We needed few more equipment and the owner was really responsive and efficient about it. Nice and quiet spot by the river. We did appreciate a lot the sauna, firepit and spa. Some people have a tendency to criticize cleanness in pet friendly accommodation, but we don't as long as the regular cleaning is being done properly. We are just grateful being able to have our dog with us.
The house could use some minor maintenance work, but nothing major—everything was in working order. Maybe a bit expensive for the location, but 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed is not easy to find.

Quiet, spacious, good air conditioning and wifi, 12 minutes drive to Lindsay which has multiple food and beverage outlets.
Confirmed early check in by the property but not relayed to the cleaner and room was not available for 3 hours after we arrived. This was very inconvenient for us and we had to freshen up and change on the back porch for an event we were attending.
The kitchen refrigerator was broken and unusable.
One of the couches had a broken leg and was unusable.
One of the bedrooms had a very uncomfortable bed ? Box spring only and this led to a very poor sleep experience for 2 of our guests.
The whole house showed signs of overuse/wear and tear and needs refreshment and maintenance.
Overall we were disappointed.

Stayed at the cottage for a golf weekend. Proximity to the golf course is incredible. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of space inside the cottage.
Its a very small issue, but curtains on the windows in basement would be good.

Property location was good. Enough rooms to fit 10 people at once. We have enjoyed sauna and hot tub both. It was great experience for us, specially in cold weather.
When we reached to the property, driveway was not cleared. It was covered with snow and we had to be extra careful because slippery conditions. I was kinda hoping for decent welcome. We were really disappointed. Also, I would like to add some points, we didn’t have the paper towels in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well. We have used it our own( thankfully we had brought our own paper towel lol). Other than that everything was good.
