The location and the cleanliness

The place was very nice with all amenities. Was very impressed by the crockery and cutlery provided. Pots and pans also met our requirements. Overall a good place with good location.

The extra fee for damage charges should not be charged as we already paid for the apartment and we took good care of everything. So the extra charge should be refunded. Also since we stayed for 13 days I feel there should be cleaning provided at least once for such long stays.

Property was really close to Wembley Stadium as we were staying at the accommodation for AEW: All In. A short distance away from the hotel with a good view of Wembley Park Underground station. Room was clean and lots of facilities provided including, oven, kettle, microwave and TV. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to with clear instructions on the password and name of network on RoomPilot and on the router itself which was easy to get to.

This room fit our needs so I don't have any complaints in regard to what I don't like about the room. It was hot but we had fans to keep ourselves cool during the day so that's my only "complaint" but the hosts provided fans for this purpose.

Good value, excellent location, comfy beds, nice touches such as water and coffee provided. Easy check-in.

First of all they don’t tell you about an additional £50 compulsory charge and demand payment after booking and paying for the accommodation. They told me it was on their listing but it wasn’t, I have the screenshots to prove it. The alternative was a £500 refundable deposit which was on the listing but this is disproportionate to the price paid and effectively pushes you into paying the non-refundable £50. They wouldn’t budge. Be aware before booking. Next the oven didn’t work which is ok unless you have hungry teenagers after a concert and you’ve bought pizzas! Washing machine leaked. Flat very clean apart from the floors weirdly, so dirty all white socks ruined. Stayed during a heatwave and the thermostat in the flat didn’t go below 32C. Of course the weather is t their fault and they did have fans in all rooms but making everyone aware that there’s no air conditioning if that’s important to you,
