The location is easy to access to Coles Supermarket, MCD, Dôme, Foods stalls and etc.
Victor (the owner) was very fast responses and quick fix actions.
Room 2 and 3 without Air Conditioning or Air Heating. But do equipped with moveable portable fan.

Good location, central to where we needed to be and close to all the amenities we wanted.
Had everything we needed.
It was clean and tidy and well presented inside.
Liked the security and front door code panel.
Quiet street.
Encountered a few large spiders - one of my family members has a fear of spiders so was very anxious. Suggest getting the house treated.
Outside presentation was a little concerning with the overgrown grass and wiring in the front of the house. Gave the impression there hasn’t been anyone in the house for awhile. Suggest getting this attended to before guests arrive.

The location is close to shops
Quick response when there's a problem
The bad smell in the house - cigarette smell
Very old towels
Upon arrival, I had to change a light bulb in the bedroom on the left.
Very old bedding
Very uncomfortable beds
Unclean bedding and mattress
No air freshner in the toilets
No toilet cleaner/reshners - unhygienic
Froze the whole night on first day, due to heating system not working
This is far from being a villa!!!!!!! Misleading
Staff not friendly, did not greet!
Aircon remote still did not work!
