Well organized clean, good staff no guessing, quiet atmosphere

Very well furnished and we liked having a washing machine, Nespresso, and decently equipped kitchen. WIFI was good, shower VERY good, reception very friendly. We love that Engelberg has a FREE bus circulating and that the resort was less than 15 minutes from the train station on foot.

The apartment needed more bed pillows. The super soft squishy pillows so common in Switzerland do not provide enough support. We had to use the sofa throw pillows. There is a LOT of traffic on the main road and unfortunately our apartment was on it. Traffic was less at night but in warm weather, when you need the windows open, it was annoying especially in the afternoon and early evening.

every thing

An absolutely unforgettable stay! The location was simply outstanding, offering some of the most breathtaking scenery we've experienced in Switzerland. It was perfectly situated, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas while still enjoying a peaceful and picturesque setting. The views from every balcony were truly spectacular and something we will never forget. One of the highlights was the soothing sound of the natural stream flowing right next to the apartment, which created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The property was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully cared for. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland. We would happily stay here again!
