The front desk on oct 9th had a black ma n working there when he saw me thru windows he was watching out front saw me put a cigarette on driveway.yes I would have pu t it in ashtray out front but it was storming already and he got on to me very bad I n front of customer in line he was very reue I am disabled and can n barely walk. I know I should have put it out correctly.he embarrassed me like a scaled child in front of some one. He could have been rude to me ok but not in front of coustemer. After he did that I answered him and said yes sir and walked away.very rude and embarrassing in front of someone.

If he had scolded me but not in front of other people. I am 77 years old.Makes me not want to ever go back there for good m also they were having trouble giving us a door key we checked in at 4pm. Had to wait for 2 hours to ever get into our room.waited 3 hours because our room hadn't been cleaned yet so we waited.Bad experience all toghter.

The hotel was in great condition.

They allowed animals and some of the dogs crapped on the floor in the lobby. They cleaned it up but yuck....but should they allowed pets???
