This is a lovely, spacious modern apartment, a short walk from the old centre of Bologna. All the fittings and furnishings are recent and very comfortable.

While the living room, kitchen and main bedroom have been well furnished and fitted, the second bedroom (which we were in), feels like a bit of an after thought. There is no mirror and inadequate beside lighting . The garden area was a big disappointment, with most of the plants dead or dying, and the whole area surrounded and overlooked by residential apartments, which is not obvious from the photographs. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and there is only one control for three rooms. We realise that prices were probably higher than usual because of an event in the town, but the price we paid certainly didn't offer value for money for a so-called deluxe apartment.

Apartment was clean and well equipped.

Elevator not working when we arrived at checkin time caused a lot of stress. It was working within 5 minutes and never caused another issue.

The property fulfilled its description and the photos displayed the property features accurately. It is a comfortable and spacious apartment and the fit out ensures a comfortable stay.

There needs to be some lighting available for when returning at night as it is cumbersome to fit the key in the lock in the dark. This is a small insignificant point that didn’t detract from our stay, just something that could be made better.
