What a great property, tucked down a small lane and accessed through big doors opening in to a courtyard, and the house beyond. The accommodation of 3 very smart bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, was extremely comfortable. The parking is away from the property but caused us no issues at all. 3 very good restaurants are all within less than 3 minutes walking distance from the House. There is also a local Bar, that serves snacks. Great for locals and watching the world go by. The bar is alongside a well-equipped supermarket, and close to a pharmacy. At the rear of the property is a good sized pool, with plenty of beds, a covered eating area and another table and chairs with a patio and grass surrounds to pool. Inside and downstairs the décor is more traditional with a good kitchen, although we spent little time inside and didn’t prepare any meals, because of local dining – there is though everything you need for eating in. We would love to come back soon.

The village is located in a small village a few miles from Rethymno, the village has 3 tavernas a small supermarket all at easy distance. The village is characterful ,you enter via a magnificent courtyard , to a very welcoming kitchen that contains everything you need ( nespresso and filter coffee machine air frier) dishwasher plenty of pots pans etc . Going through to. a sitting room filled with antique furniture, a beautiful original fireplace. The garden at the back has a medium sized pool with comfortable sun beds, orange and lemon trees. Plenty of shade when needed. Upstairs 3 double bedrooms all with en suite shower bathrooms plenty of towels and sheets are replaced weekly. Giogos of the management company was more than helpful with information on how to get to the villa A very lovely holiday place

Difficult to fault anything

Location superb with three tavernas within a five minute walk as well as a well stoked local supermarket and pharmacy.Lovely local village and perfect for a relaxing sunny holiday.
