Lovely sunny home in a great location as only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Havelock North, which has some great cafés and restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking at home, super comfortable beds and two excellent showers. The log burner was very welcome in the evenings and there was more than enough firewood supplied. Excellent communication with the host, Miranda, who ensured we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Havelock North sometime in the future.
The only down side to this lovely 4 bedroom house is that it only has one toilet, which might be an issue for some but we made it work and as I said it my review, I would happily stay here again.

Spa and fire place were great. Good location.
It was advertised as two bathrooms, however, this is not technically correct. One bedroom has an ensuite but it doesn’t have a toilet! In the hall (at the opposite end of the house where the next big bedroom is) there is one toilet and a separate shower and hand basin. Not good when two colleagues are sharing.

The fireplace was easy to use and lovely to have going during the time we were there.
No real issues but a dish cloth or something to wipe the benches in the kitchen.

Cute house with a lovely feel.
It was clean and tidy with some helpful information about the property and the area. Short walk to village.
Unfortunately there is only air con in one bedroom.
Yesterday it was 33 degrees and we struggled with the heat. There were no fans available and therefore we had no sleep due to this in the other double bedroom. The house is also located on a very busy road and we were woken at 6:30am from the traffic. Also we had trouble working the tv and chrome cast- more detailed instructions are required.
Please also supply fly spray as the flies were in abundance.
