Everything. The hotel is clean and have everything i needed. There is a complementary laundry bag for each stay, which is nice to have. The buffet doesn't have a lot of dishes compare to some other hotel, but each dishes is solid and taste good, some place have many dishes just for the sake of many dishes, so this is nice. If there is a way to have the food slightly hotter it would be amazing but i understand regardless, being buffet and in the cold weather. The gym is great, i love it and use it everyday. The staffs are very thoughtful. They typically close the emergency exit door at night, but I don't like using the elevator so i usually take the stairs, and i noticed that they start to let it unlock after my first night (i took the stairs down and couldn't open the door once late at night. :D ) They noticed that it was my bday despite i didn't celebrate it and sneaked a real cake in my room while i was out too. Very sweet gesture. Location: not very near from the center, but not very far either, like a 15 to 20 minutes walk. There is nail and spa next to it and local convenient store. Long story short: being a 3 stars hotel, they exceed my expectation in everyway, even better than some 5 stars hotel. I would definately stay here everytime i go to dalat from now on.

Nia Hotel was an absolute delight for a business trip. The facilities exceeded my expectations for the price, the breakfast was delicious with an impressive variety, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. But what truly stood out was the staff - they were genuinely warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly dedicated, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality made the experience feel genuinely special. I would absolutely stay at Nia Hotel again on my next trip to Da Lat.
