La doccia perdeva acqua durante l'utilizzo, non c'erano dispenser dell'acqua nè venivano fornite bottigliette d'acqua, la colazione era prevalentemente salata solo con alcuni biscottini dolci.

I booked two rooms (Deluxe Twin Room and Deluxe Double Room) at Solis Boutique Hotel for my parents and their friends, who stayed for four days. Although I wasn’t staying at the hotel myself, this review reflects the combined feedback of all four guests. Overall, they had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were tidy and comfortable considering the price, and the location was absolutely excellent, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. The surrounding area felt very safe, which was particularly reassuring. The hotel had a peaceful, respectful atmosphere, with no unpleasant smells, and the stairs were comfortable and easy to use. Breakfast was decent and satisfactory for the price. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service and kindness of the staff. Everyone was respectful, welcoming and genuinely willing to help. The breakfast and dining staff were particularly polite and considerate. Whenever the guests needed something, the team was responsive and made a real effort to resolve their concerns rather than simply acknowledging them. I would especially like to thank Salman, a wonderful Sudanese staff member, who was exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful throughout their stay. His hospitality genuinely made a difference, and we are very grateful for his efforts. I also want to highlight how responsive and accommodating the hotel was even before we made our reservation. I contacted several hotels while planning the trip, and Solis Boutique Hotel was by far the most cooperative and helpful. Their willingness to answer questions, provide information and accommodate our needs gave us a very positive impression from the beginning

There are a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use the internet. There was also no working internal telephone in the rooms to contact reception, which would have made communication with the staff more convenient. Additionally, the refrigerator in one of the rooms was initially not working. However, once we informed the staff, they promptly addressed and fixed the issue, which was another example of their helpfulness and responsiveness. The terrace was somewhat disappointing, as it had clothes-drying racks and none of the tables shown in the hotel pictures. When we enquired about seating arrangements, the hotel offered a few small chairs, but unfortunately, these were not enough to create a comfortable area where guests could sit and relax. Another area for improvement is housekeeping. Room cleaning did not seem to be provided automatically, and my parents and their friends had to request it themselves. It would be much more convenient if rooms were cleaned regularly without guests having to ask, or at least every two days, as the hotel had initially informed me. That said, the rooms were clean, and the staff responded immediately whenever cleaning was requested.

Odlična lokacija blizu bazara, 2 stanice od Sultanahmeta, osoblje uslužno, gostoljubivo i profesionalno. Za svaku pohvalu.

Strutta in posizione strategica perfetta per raggiungere a piedi le principali strutture (topkapi, Sofia, moschee, gran bazaar, Bosforo etc…). Staff molto gentile Soprattutto David con il quale abbiamo fatto lunghe chiacchierate ed é stato molto gentile ad arrangiarci un taxi oltre a darci consigli su dove mangiare in zona

Le stanze non sono proprio pulitissime (il primo Giorno Non é stato rifatto il letto e non sono state cambiate le asciugamani; nel lenzuolo ho trovato una macchia; l’insonorizzazione della stanza non era un granché siccome si trova proprio lungo una strada spesso si sentono rumori di clacson anche di notte
