Edgar Suites Lille - Shake

It’s clean and well located and what makes it special is that Othman always makes us feel welcome and is always very prompt in responding and following up.

L'emplacement et le logement dans son ensemble

Tout etait parfaitbn! Mais si on devait trouver des choses a redire , peut etre : - Manque une étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires - penderie qui ne permet pas de mette une robe longue

Parfait. équipe très réactive.

The decor was lovely and it was very spacious, beds super comfy and it was nice for my daughter and I to get our own room for one leg of our travels. The management team was responsive.

- We were not put in the 2 bedroom space that advertised having a terrace but instead a 3 bedroom space (no terrace). - There was a 5am scheduled fire alarm that we were not informed about. Management said they did not know. - The advertised and booked space clear said "In your private kitchen: Washing machine". The washing machine was shared on the floor and had some issues that we were able to troubleshoot. We'd specifically booked this place even though out of old town for the laundry as we'd be half way through our travels. I wouldn't have booked shared laundry so just passing along. -There was a horrific smell coming from 2 of the half baths so we shared the shower/sink off one of the bedrooms. Management sent in extra cleaning but it came back within a hour and really seems like a building plumbing issue. We kept the doors shut and the sleeping areas were far enough away to not be overly bothered but it was weird.
