Buen apto , excelente ubicación

No tengo queja alguna del apto , solo algo el edificio por ejemplo las escaleras estaban con un papel y se veía un poco sucio . Una mejor organización del edificio, porq el apto es excelente

We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 adolescents and had an overall very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses and the Metro, and the Champs-Élysées is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a small Franprix supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for groceries and essentials. The apartment is a good size for a family of four, with two bedrooms, essential cooking facilities and a nice view (Eiffel Tower) from the windows. The host, Dave, was very attentive and accommodating. He provided clear instructions before check-in, including how to collect the keys, and checked in with us regularly during our stay. He was responsive and happy to accommodate reasonable requests, which made the stay feel well supported.

There are a couple of things to be aware of. The apartment is on the 6th floor, while the lift only goes up to the 5th floor, so you need to walk up one flight of stairs. The second bedroom can also get quite warm on hot days as it doesn't have air conditioning, although a large portable fan is provided. The other minor inconvenience is that the keys need to be collected from a key safe inside a convenience store, which is about a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment. This is something to keep in mind, particularly if you have heavy luggage. Overall, there are many more positives than negatives. The one flight of stairs is not a major issue, especially in Paris where you will likely be doing plenty of walking anyway. With its excellent location, good layout, practical facilities and attentive host, this apartment was a comfortable and convenient base for our family to explore Paris.

10 minute walk from the property. not fun with luggage.

Having to pick up the keys at different location, there were 4 other boxes there tok a while to figure out which box as there was language barrier.
