Napodano Apartments - Roma

The location was great with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 25 mins walk to Trevi Fountain n Spanish steps

The apartment is on the first floor with a narrow staircase. Although there was a lift, we were not allowed to use it despite us asking and pleading for permission to use the lift to bring our 2 pieces of 28" bags up to the first floor. We explained that we are seniors in our late 60s and we just had a long 18 hours flight . There was also no help despite us asking. We dont mind using the stairs on other days but disallowing us to bring our 2 big bags up was too strict with no compassion for seniors and no warning during the booking. So seniors need to be aware of this. On checking out they offered to help us carrying the 2 bags at a cost of €15 which we rejected as it was too much.

Everything was great - the facilities, the location, good value for money. Would highly recommend - we had a great stay!

We were fortunate to be able occupants of the apartment - our scores may have differed if we had been sharing and the other two rooms full also.

Pokój wygląda tak, jak na zdjęciach ! Nic dodać nic ująć. Jest pięknie !! Wszystko blisko

The position, it was really centric and in a road with many cozy and nice restaurants

It is way smaller than what appears in the pictures and it is really humid in the room and apartment in general.
