Casa muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y bien acondicionada y bien decorada, una monada

Nos gustó todo, nada en contra

Rustic but lovely and cozy guesthouse in a tiny artist community. The town is only a few blocks but packs in interesting shops, cafes, a museum, and several art galleries(!). There is beautiful art on the walls (I think painted by the owner!?), and a small selection of puzzles and games for the evenings. We appreciated how nice the bathroom was (great water pressure)! and the well equipped kitchen. This is a remote village, ten minutes from the closest grocery store but that is the vibe we were looking for. The proximity to Snaefellsnes National Park cannot be beat.

The beds aren't the most comfortable, but I also know that I was missing my own bed :). Other than that, there isn't anything that comes to mind that we didn't enjoy!

Such a lovely little house, full of character and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for 4 people and a great base on Snæfellsnes. Loved it.

heel gezellig ingericht huisje, gelegen in een best gezellig dorp met veel mooie straatkunst/graffiti. De waterkoker bleek defect, de eigenaresse stuurde ons een nieuwe. Legpuzzels zijn fijn als er erg slecht weer is. Walvissafari dichtbij, in Olafsvik.

er waren alleen pannen om mee te bakken. De enige pan die qua vorm handig was om groente/rijst/pasta in te koken was zwaar beschadigd aan de binnenzijde, en het handvat werd gevaarlijk heet. 1 eetkamerstoel viel bijna uit elkaar. Een mok en een ovenschaal waren dusdanig beschadigd dat ik ze niet meer zou gebruiken. We hebben de eigenaresse aan het eind van ons verblijf een bericht gestuurd met meer dan 10 aandachtspunten, want het leek er sterk op dat zijzelf maar weinig in het huisje langs kwam om de staat van de inventaris te checken.
