Marie and Gary made everything so easy, their book of local tips was super helpful and we tried most of the recommendations. They were very accommodating and the villa exceeded our expectations. It was great to have a car to drive around and really explore the island, but also to have lots of local beaches, restaurants and activities too. We did everything from hiking, boat trips, scuba diving, waterfalls, beach days, seafood lunches and local breakfast. You can experience Mauritius on a budget or go all out. A fabulous holiday destination, especially for me living in Australia to meet my sister flying from the UK. This apartment is perfect for families, girls trip, 3 couples, or be decadent like us and just 2 sisters 😊

It's a little tricky to walk too far at night as the paths don't really exist, but there are plenty of places nearby.

Perfekt beliggenhet midt mellom Perybere og Grand baie. Kort vei til butikk, restauranter og La Cuvette stranden (barnevennlig). Varm velkomst av Gary og Maria. Veldig imøtekommende

Location was great! Very close to shops, bars and restaurants and small beach right across the road which was beauitful! Lovely and modern apartment with and great communication and help from our hosts. We had a great stay.

Property was beautifully furnished and modern. Very clean with all the amenities I could need as a solo traveller. Hosts were amazing and really accommodating and helpful which was really appreciative as I was by myself. The location was great. The beach opposite is beautiful but like everybody has mentioned there are some rocks to get down to it so be careful. I will definitely be staying here again.

The one and only downside is the pool wasn’t the cleanest but this is not a fault of the hosts. I guess more the building management in general. It’s not that it was dirty however there was some debris which meant it was pretty much unusable.
