Lovely staff and good location, but our room at the front is the building was noisy, constant road noise all through the night, better balcony windows would help, also larger fitting curtains would help block out the light.

Great staff. Nice location far enough from the hubbub of Kata but close enough to walk to the beach.
Rooms are clean and airy. All have balconies.
Very nice family-run Turkish joint close by and a very good Italian place at Autogrill.
