We wanted to say a huge thank you for hosting us. Your place was absolutely spotless, and it is clear that you’ve thought of everything down to the smallest detail to make guests feel welcome. We had an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. My kid told me that we should move in and stay forever, LOL! A very comfortable and convenient stay, and the owner is responsive.Something to keep in mind: the neighborhood is a bit hilly and you have to climb stairs to access the property (one flight of stairs from the street to the building, and then another to get from the entry to the apartment on the 2nd floor). It's not difficult, but it's something to be aware of if you have limited mobility, if you have to carry up a heavy suitcase alone, or if you have a toddler (although, for a toddler, the apartment is super-safe, as there is a lockable door that prevents access to the stairs).Overall, we really loved the place and will try to stay there again next time we are in the DC area.

We had a great stay! Communication was easy throughout the whole process. The space was great for our family and we loved how walkable it was. Parking usually wasn’t an issue. There are a lot of steep stairs from the street to the unit.

The place was clean and offered the basics.Don't count on easy parking. Long steep flight of stairs to get to apartment door. AC stand alone units horribly noisy and so inefficient they run almost constantly.
