I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite.

Gardeners forgot to clean walkways leading to the suites.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality I received during my recent one-night stay at your hotel. From check-in to departure, the service was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The cleanliness. It very serene, gives the close to nature kind of vibes. Very grounding and peaceful.

The only issue we had, we couldn’t charge our phones because their plugs require one to have an adapter and the entire charger and not a cable. It would be great if they’d put in the plugs that also allows one to charge using a cable.

Its beautiful, I could talk all day about the water pressure in the big beautiful shower and its excellently located

Cleanliness! Towels were dirty, the room hadn’t even been swept in a longtime, spider webs between the shutters and windows!
