The Court House

Everything was good

All good

The staff were very helpful and understanding. After I explained the problem with my first room, they immediately offered me another room, which was much quieter and very comfortable. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation, and this is the main reason I am giving the hotel an 8.

Unfortunately, my first room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise outside during the night, including people shouting, which made it almost impossible to sleep. I had originally booked two nights and the next morning I asked if I could exceptionally cancel my second night because of the noise. Instead, the staff kindly offered me another room, which was completely different and extremely quiet. Without this change of room and the helpful response from the staff, my rating would have been much lower.

Friendly helpful staff Clean and comfortable room

A bit noisy .... building works nearby ... not the hotels fault though

Staff very helpful

Didn’t feel that clean and the bed was basically on the floor. The property is a little outdated.
