Excellent location, painless and fast check-in as always, slightly bigger rooms and windows than in Tokyo.
Multiple konbinis in walking range, very close to the train station (south exit is actually closer in case Maps is trying to navigate you from the north exit where the airport bus stop is).
APA always has some surprise regarding the restaurant options - in this case they have a burger restaurant - that's it. Burger for breakfast - probably makes sense as it is next to the stadium, and the fish burger was excellent, but if you're expecting variety then this is not the place.

It's location to the station and eateries convenience stores only a block away and you have a choice of all 3 7/11 Lawson and family mart.
The rooms are very compact bathrooms small, didn't like the pillows, but the bed was comfyeveryone seems to checkout at the same time so be prepared to wait for the lift.
