Location Beautiful, modern, comfortable & clean

Nothing - it was fabulous!

Instructions were timely and clear to understand. The location of the apartment was perfect right on the square and everything super close by. The atmosphere and city life were amazing to experience and the apartment is well equipped and the perfect place to stay.

Splendid apartment in an excellent location. Right on Plaza Mayor but no issues with noise.

The apartment was stylish and well designed. We had the perfect spot on Plaza de Mayor. The soundproofing of the apartment was excellent.

It was quite hot in the apartment when we arrived but the set heating temperatures could not be altered and we had no Aircon although this was advertised. We were told to open the windows but that was not great as it got very noisy and the rooms became full of flies. The double bedroom blind had no remote to allow us to close it down as the full window was on the main corridor of the apartment. The other guest had to walk passed our bedroom to get to the lounge/kitchen giving us no privacy at all. We had no reply to our request to get a remote delivered to us One of the door codes (there are three) for entering the building and apartment was wrong. Several attempts to gain the correct code was made but we were continually given the wrong code. Eventually I managed to watch a video that was sent to show us how to gain entry and eventually I guessed what code was entered by the man on the video.. This worked! The lift was essential to us and we had heavy suitcases but again the app and entry system did not work. Eventually a man came out and used his code to get it to work but by this time we had dragged our cases up the stairs. We had had an 8 hour drive so we were not too happy by this time. It would have been nice to have had at least a bottle or two of water in the fridge but alas it was empty. The second bedroom was used by just one person but if there were a couple of friends sharing that room they would have no privacy when using the bathroom facilities as it was all open to the bedroom area.
