The location is in a prime area with easy access to major spots, and most places are within walking distance.
Cleanliness was satisfactory, but the check-in process could be improved, as the staff appeared unprofessional when we presented our Booking.com reservation.

Very affordable room in a great location close to markets and shopping malls. Aircon and WiFi both worked great. 7/11 next door is handy as is the mini fridge in the room. Drinking water provided from dispensers.
Bathroom floor was quite dirty and a lot of mould in the shower. Rooms are very bright at night with light coming in through small windows onto the corridor that cannot be covered. Quite loud with internal noise from people, doors and doorbells. Had to squish a few cockroaches and empty toilet roll was not replaced a couple of times during my stay.
